SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Ship all birds frozen solid through UPS or USPS second day air only on mondays or tuesdays to prevent weekend layovers. Place frozen birds in plastic bags ( first ), then wrap birds in newspaper for insulation ( second ) to help specimens remain frozen as much as possible. Plastic bags must have a tight seal and not have any holes in them to prevent unwanted leakage during shipping.
Concerning migratory birds: All parcels shipped must be labeled on the outside of the box ( container ) itemizing the species and quantity being shipped.

All migratory birds require a tag attached to one leg listing the hunter's/owners: 1. Name 2. PhysicalAddress 3.Phone Number 4.Hunting License Number,5. Species of Bird 6. Sex of Bird 7.Where Bird Was Taken 8. When Bird Was Taken ( date ) 9.The hunters/owners signature on each tag
Note: Dove are also categorized as migratory birds and fall under the same guidelines as waterfowl, "as per federal regulations", and must also be tagged accordingly.

Note: All migratory birds received here from other taxidermists must be accompanied by photocopy of the taxidermist's federal permit, and each bird must be properly tagged with all pertinent information as per federal regulations, (see information below the red asterisk above), no exceptions!
